As part of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) company Moalajah (joint venture between Veolia and Besix).

Plant O&M Manager, Ajman Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP, 138000 m3/day).

We delivered plant process control and optimization, preventive and asset maintenance plans, accurate budget calculation and follow-up, managed a staff of 55 employees, and achieved continuous process improvements.
